    \"\"During 15 years I organized a yearly art exhibition at our home in Lochristi with the paintings of my husband Hans Kitslaar and sculptures of several artists. The success of these exhibitions made me dream of my own art gallery. On the 1st<\/sup> of August 2014 I had the opportunity to open The Latem Gallery and I was lucky to be followed by the artists that I exhibited in Lochristi: Patrick Villas, Christophe Charbonnel, Annette Defoort, \u2026 \u00a0In the meantime we enlarged the group with more artists with international reputation and whose artwork seduced us.\u00a0Our device remains to offer a platform to artists who invest with all their heart into their creative work, and who are hungry to present always new and forceful creations and who consider artistic quality and craftsmanship as important characteristics of their expressive work. The artists which our gallery will represent will always be artists \u00a0which we admire for their talent and skill and for their courage to dedicate their skills to a live as an artist.<\/p>\n

    2020 was for all of us a hectic year.\u00a0 Besides the Covid-19,\u00a0 I lost my husband and soulmate Hans Kitslaar.\u00a0 His studio became a beautiful gallery and\u00a0 I decided in 2021 to return to Lochristi. From now on I organize every year\u00a0 exhibitions with the artists that I represent for several years now, but also with new talent.<\/p>\n

    With this, we wish to invite every art lover to visit our gallery in Lochristi\u00a0 and to let you be seduced by beautiful creations!<\/p>\n

    \"\"Gedurende 15 jaar organiseerde ik jaarlijks een kunsttentoonstelling bij ons thuis in Lochristi met de schilderijen en pastels van mijn echtgenoot \u00a0Hans Kitslaar en met sculpturen van andere kunstenaars. Het succes van deze tentoonstellingen gaf mij zin om onze eigen kunstgalerie te starten. Op 1 augustus 2014 openden wij de deuren van The Latem Gallery samen met een aantal kunstenaars die eerder in Lochristi hadden ge\u00ebxposeerd: Patrick Villas, Christophe Charbonnel, Annette Defoort, … Ondertussen werd groep aangevuld met andere kunstenaars met een internationale reputatie waarvan wij het werk bewonderen. Ons doel blijft een platform te bieden aan kunstenaars die \u00a0met hart en ziel cre\u00ebren, en die steeds opnieuw krachtige creaties neerzetten waarbij zij artistieke kwaliteit en vakmanschap als belangrijke karakteristieken van hun \u00a0creatieve werk beschouwen. \u00a0Onze keuze van kunstenaars voor de galerie \u00a0heeft alles te maken met onze bewondering voor hun artistieke creaties en voor hun talent en de moed om hun leven te wijden aan het kunstenaarschap.<\/p>\n

    2020 was voor ons allen een hectisch jaar. Naast de covid-perikelen verloor ik tevens mijn man en soulmate Hans Kitslaar.\u00a0 Zijn mooie atelierruimte\u00a0 gaf mij inspiratie om de kunstgalerie opnieuw over te brengen naar Lochristi. Vanaf 2021 organiseer ik jaarlijks tentoonstellingen\u00a0 met het werk\u00a0 van mijn vaste kunstenaars, maar ook met enkele nieuwkomers en met jong talent .<\/p>\n

    Wij nodigen alle kunstliefhebbers uit voor een bezoek aan onze galerie en beeldentuin in Lochristi en zich te laten bekoren door fantastische creaties!<\/p>\n

Le 1er<\/sup> ao\u00fbt 2014 nous inaugurions The Latem Gallery, avec la complicit\u00e9 de quelques artistes qui avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 expos\u00e9 \u00e0 Lochiristi\u00a0: Patrick Villas, Christophe Charbonnel, Annette Defoort\u2026 . Entre-temps nous pouvons compter sur la participation d\u2019autres artistes \u00e0 la r\u00e9putation internationale et dont nous admirons le travail.\u00a0 Notre but reste de proposer une plate-forme \u00e0 des artistes qui cr\u00e9ent avec c\u0153ur et \u00e2me, et qui nous offres tour \u00e0 tour des cr\u00e9ations puissantes, dans lesquelles ils consid\u00e8rent la qualit\u00e9 artistique et professionnelle les principales caract\u00e9ristiques de leur \u0153uvre cr\u00e9ative.<\/p>\n

    Notre choix des artistes pour la galerie est enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9fini par notre admiration pour leur cr\u00e9ation artistique et leur talent et le courage qu\u2019ils ont de consacrer leur vie \u00e0 l\u2019art.<\/p>\n

    2020 \u00e9tait pour nous tous une ann\u00e9e dure.\u00a0 Non seulement Covid-19, mais le d\u00e9ces de mon mari Hans Kitslaar m’ont fait r\u00e9flichir sur mon futur.\u00a0 L’atelier de mon mari me donnait inspiration de r\u00e9-ouvrir la galerie \u00e0 Lochristi. J’organise chaque ann\u00e9e des expositions dans la galerie et dans le jardin, avec les superbes oeuvres de mon groupe d’artistes que je repr\u00e9sente depuis des ann\u00e9es, mais \u00e9galement avec\u00a0 du nouveau talent<\/p>\n

    Nous invitons tous les passionn\u00e9s d\u2019art \u00e0 visiter notre galerie \u00e0 Lochristi et se laisser s\u00e9duire par les superbes cr\u00e9ations !<\/p>\n
